For clients not requiring the service regime outlined by the manufacturer, AutoTech can combine independent servicing components to suit each client and vehicle individually. The general servicing components have been combined to offer clients five preset choices. The five general servicing choices are; lube service, minor service, full service, major service and ultimate service.
1.Lube
AutoTech’s lube service will offer clients an entry level service package. This service takes approximately half an hour.
2.Minor
AutoTech’s minor service includes the following components; lube service, 50 point safety inspection and brake inspection. This service takes approximately one hour.
3.Full
AutoTech’s full service includes the following components; lube service, 50 point safety inspection, brake inspection and checking of the engine tune. This service takes approximately 1.25 hours.
4.Major
AutoTech’s major service includes the following components; lube service, 50 point safety inspection, brake inspection and engine tune. This service takes approximately 2 hours.
5.Ultimate
Autotech’s ultimate service includes the following components; lube service, 50 point safety inspection, brake inspection, engine tune, brake fluid flush, coolant flush and a cabin vent service . This service takes approximately 3.75 hours.
Individual Servicing Components
Lube Service
includes the replacement of the engine oil, engine oil filter and drain plug sealing washer. Adjustment of all fluid levels. Adjustment of tyre pressures. Resetting of the service indicator. Recommended every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers.
50 Point Safety Inspection
includes a comprehensive safety inspection. Recommended every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers.
Brake Inspection
includes the cleaning, inspection and adjustment of the braking components. Recommended every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers.
Engine Tune
includes the inspection and replacement of the spark plugs, air filter and fuel filter. Recommended every 12 months or 20,000 kilometers. Replacement of ‘in tank’ fuel filters and vehicles requiring inlet manifold removal to gain access to spark plugs may incur an additional fee.
Brake Fluid Flush
includes the replacement of the hydraulic brake fluid. Recommended every 2 years or 40,000 kilometers.
Coolant Flush
includes the replacement of the engine coolant. Recommended every 2 years or 40,000 kilometers.
Cabin Vent Service
includes the replacement of the cabin filter and the application of an anti-bacteria treatment. Recommended every 12 months or 20,000 kilometers.
Additional Procedures Not Included on Service Menu
Drive Line Service
includes the replacement of the differential, manual gearbox and transfer case oils. Recommended every 2 years or 40,000 kilometers.
Tyre Rotation
includes tyre rotation. Recommended every 12 months or 10,000 kilometers.
Wheel Alignment
includes adjustment of the wheel alignment. Recommended every 12 months or 10,000 kilometers.
Timing Belt Replacement
includes the replacement of the timing belt and all items driven by the timing belt. Recommended every 5 years or 100,000 kilometers.
Transmission Service
includes the replacement of the transmission oil, drain plug washer transmission oil filter and sump gasket where applicable. Recommended every 2 years or 40,000 kilometers.
